| Principal Duties: | Supervise and co-ordinate activities of Drivers.
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of workers who operate city and highway equipment. Establish methods to meet work schedules. Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve performance. Recommend personnel actions. Dispatch drivers and monitor routes to ensure schedules are met and to resolve operating problems. Other duties as assigned. Works entirely in the Terminal Dispatch office area. Hours of work are from Monday to Friday, 5:00 pm to 1:30 am or later depending on workload. |
| Minimum Requirements: | Completion of secondary school.
PC Skills. Fluency in English and French. |
| Preferred Requirements: | Several years of experience as a dispatcher. |
