Job Title: New Business Developer (Inside Sales)

Principal Duties: New customer prospecting and developing sales leads. (Inside Sales)

Working with Marketing, researching and profiling targeted companies to identify key contacts and growth opportunities.

Qualifying customers to secure new business and direct territory growth opportunities to the outside sales force.

Working with Marketing, developing and maintaining customer database.

Responding to inbound account inquiries.

Outbound calling to achieve business goals.

Following up on all leads primarily from, but not limited to, Customer Care Team (CCT).

Following up on all rate quotes provide through the CCT.

Communicating product offerings to prospective customers.

Acting as a liasion between customer and Service Center personnel.

Arranging appointments with key decision makers as required.

Engaging in AI/EEFB initiatives.

Other duties as may be assigned in support of new business development.

Work is not limited by time or location.
Minimum Requirements: Completion of secondary school is required.

Excellent communication and listening skills.

Valid Driver's Licence.

Experience in sales or customer service is required.
