| Principal Duties: | Plan, manage, and evaluate the activities of account reps, account managers and senior account managers.
Manage and direct sales force to achieve and exceed sales and profit sales. Design and/or recommend sales programs; implement marketing programs to achieve short and long term sales strategies and goals. Develop strategic sales objectives, establish sales territories and quotas, manage budget and evaluate sales performance. Develop, coach, mentor and train sales team. Perform all other tasks associated with this position and other duties as may be assigned. Work is not limited by time or location. Travel as extensive as required. |
| Minimum Requirements: | Several years of experience as a sales or marketing representative or in a related occupation are required.
Outstanding interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency in Windows based applications is required. Experience in the industry is an asset. |
| Preferred Requirements: | A university degree or college diploma in business, administration or in a related field with a specialization in sales or marketing is preferred. |
